1. Tell us about RE:ERTH.
RE:ERTH is an abbreviation of "Re-encountering Earth." The story started in the Kyushu region of Japan, where a farmer, inspired by the Japanese White Turmeric, wondered if there were more to the plant. The plant was known for its beautiful flower and its roots, as a health-boosting tea. Since the leaves were simply thrown away, the farmer sought help from Professor Komai (then Head of Agriculture) of the famed Kindai University to look into its properties. This mindful step resulted in a big impact and, after nearly two decades of researching and collaborating, our star serum, RE:ERTH's Multi-Targeted Elixir was born.

2. What kind of products does RE:ERTH sell?
Our core belief revolves around the philosophy that healthy skin is beautiful skin. Our products are designed to address root issues of the skin, rather than just the symptoms, and we do so with highly effective, well formulated products. We combine nature derived ingredients with advanced cosmetic technologies.

3. What sets it apart from other skin brands?
We have many unique points about our brand as well as our products, which sets us apart. However, the biggest would be our patented and exclusive Japanese White Turmeric and Japanese Spring Turmeric, both of which only grow on our farms in Kyushu. In partnership with Kindai University, we have researched these turmerics for over 18 years and have found some interesting properties in the plant. Additionally, we use skincare to find ways to help the skin most effectively. Our products don’t contain any ingredients that are used to supplement things the skin may be lacking, nor to hide any symptoms. Instead, we focus on helping the skin become healthier and move lively on its own, resulting in more long-term and real results.

4. What are some of the key ingredients you use to make your products what they are?
Our number one ingredients are the Japanese White Turmeric and Japanese Spring Turmeric, which is found in our star product, the Multi-Targeted Elixir, Calming Toner, and PhytoBright. We also have many interesting ingredients as well as technologies that we use. Another interesting and unique ingredient is Water Soluble Vitamin A (Smoothing Eye Cream), which penetrates the skin up to 60 times better than other oil soluble Vitamin A formulas. Additionally, it can be used on people with sensitive skin, and it contains a really advanced cosmetic technology that has a dermal delivery system that nano-encapsulates our active ingredients and allows for fast absorption, without leaving any stickiness or residue.

5. How do you wish for others to see this brand?
By combining the best of what nature has to offer with the most advanced cosmetic science, which is all backed with university level research, our products focus on the health of the skin. I hope that consumers see us as a brand that is finding a new path in skincare.

6. Where can you find your products?
Currently we are available on reerthus.com

7. Who was RE:ERTH made for?
Everybody! This is by design. As we focus on skin health, our products are not focused on specific symptoms. This means that no matter the skin type, background, or environment, our products are usable by all. Our products work together with your skin to help it become healthier, so while results may not be overnight, they will be your own.

8. Tell us about your plans for the brand in the future.
Good products take time to make, and, since we really examine many facets of products, we don’t come out with new products all the time. Additionally, we are constantly working on many different products simultaneously, and I'm thrilled to say we have some pretty exciting products in the pipeline. I also hope that we will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in our customers daily lives.

9. What was in the inspiration behind the brand?
In addition to the actions of the farmer from Kyushu that really started the journey of RE:ERTH, we thought that too many brands and products focus on quick results and skin symptoms rather than looking at the skin more holistically. We thought that by addressing root issues and potential necessities of the skin, we would be able to achieve an overall better improvement of the skin, while also providing a more positive experience for our customers.

10. What’s one thing you want your potential buyers to know about RE:ERTH?
Our products are specifically designed to work together with your skin; therefore, results won't come immediately, however with consistent and continued use, we are sure that our customers will  achieve, what we call, healthy, mocha skin.
